I hope you enjoy looking at my photos, it's my cheap, democratic way of keeping family and friends informed of what I'm up to here in sunny Spain. Please feel free to add your comments, check out the links etc.

New Year, new promises.

Well, here we are again. Christmas is over and the new year begins. I hope you all had a jolly fine festive season. things were OK here, the weather was sunny more or less every day. Great you may think, but it's difficult to get into the Xmas spirit without snow on the ground. I'm including photos of our festivities and also a trip we took to Huesca in Aragon. We went to look at a property some friends have bought and to have a jolly fine day out. I began belly dancing classes yesterday-the rhythm I've got, but I'm not too sure about grace and elegance!!!! Will let you know how I get on. Been busy translating today, so now I'm gonna go for lunch as I'm starving, but I wanted to say "Hi!" to you all as I've been a bit slack recently. Hope you enjoy the piccies.

If you look carefully, you can see them skiing!!!! Posted by Hello

Is that snow I can see in the distance? Posted by Hello

This is a fossilised beach. It's vertical because there must've been an earthquake or something as the African plate has moved northwards. We still get several mini earthquakes every year, but you can usually only notice them in the north. Posted by Hello

We went to Huesca for the day-it's beautiful, but bloody cold. We were in the pre Pirinees and could see the snow capped mountains, the only time I think I'll see snow this year!!! Posted by Hello
